Day 2: Consistency

Being consistent is hard sometimes.

It is so much easier to just go easier on yourself and make excuses for why things did not happen or how its a one off where you miss something. Today I spent around 3 hours dealing with and troubleshooting printing failures. Which is wildly annoying as I had a successful print, but when I attempted to print the exact same thing, it failed completely.

It does feel good that being inconsistent isn’t just a human thing. That even my completely automated printer that has only motors and wires makes the same mistakes as I would with my muscles and nerves.

I have tried to be consistent at different things in the past. Consistently doing pushups. Consistently journaling. Consistently doing something recommended for my health and then being annoyed when I miss a day and giving up on all of the progress.

There is much I want to write about right now. I am very tired and it is already passed my bed time, but hey at least I wrote a something. It is always better than nothing.
